City continues to monitor Helene; offices to reopen Friday
As Hurricane Helene moves north, the city of Cape Coral continues to monitor conditions, expecting residual tropical storm impacts this evening.
The Emergency Operations Center remains activated, working closely with Lee County and various partners to assess the situation and ensure community safety, city officials said in a late-afternoon release.
City Hall and ancillary offices will be open Friday for normal business hours.

I urge all residents to remain cautious and stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary.
