A Cape Coral-based consulting firm has completed renovations for its new South Cape headquarters that will house 125 employees locally.

Insite Managed Solutions, a global consulting firm specializing in “improving corporate efficiencies while enriching customer and employee experience,” presented its nearly 13,000-square-foot space on Southeast 47th Terrace to invited guests Thursday afternoon.

Insite’s new office will be used as a base for its global consulting operations, functioning as a training facility and a workspace for around 125 local employees, including consultants, analysts, sales, administration, design team, and leadership. In addition, the firm maintains satellite delivery centers in Atlanta and Fort Lauderdale.

“Insite is growing fast, so fast that we needed to triple our space,” said Chris Rozum, Insite founder and CEO in a statement. “After being split into two locations, we’re really looking forward to moving in and having much of our company under one roof. This newly renovated building will greatly benefit our clients and staff. Proximity to downtown Cape Coral will boost local businesses as well.”

Insite provides contact center and back-office operations improvements for companies like Delta Faucet, Mercedes-Benz, Shipt, PetSafe, and other international firms. Insite, based in Cape Coral since 2007, brings these clients and others to Cape Coral to do business while enjoying the area.

“We are very happy to remain in the Cape. Not only do our new hires love this area when they relocate here, our clients do, too,” Rozum added. “I’m pleased we play a part in introducing Cape Coral to the world.”

Rozum said Insite’s plans over the next five years are “very exciting” — that includes hiring more than 600 employees over that span (currently 80 employees).

“We’re bringing hundreds of jobs into the community,” Rozum said. “We are actively hiring across every role within the organization. We love to hire locally. About 20% of our team we have hired here locally.”

The new facility features the look and feel of a Silicon Valley tech firm, with over 400 feet of interior glass walls, employee comfort zones, and 12 high-tech ZOOM booths for virtual meetings

“The interior is open, with glass partitions and modern finishes,” stated Ted Gadoury, owner of Gladstone Builders, Insite’s contractor. “We added integral LED track lighting within the ceiling system to create a well-blended space that represents the culture of Insite and their business philosophy.”

Features of the remodel include clean lines, attention to detail, and a Florida flare.

Rozum, a Cape Coral native, feels the city is a great pairing for the business and is excited for what the new facility means moving forward.

“This building ultimately, for Insite, symbolized permanency — a home” he said. “Where you put your roots with business is where you put your roots with your family. Cape Coral is my personal home and it made sense to do it here in Southwest Florida and it has created a great community in which we’re able to recruit Insiters into the geography of Southwest Florida. This gives us a permanent place where we will be for the end of our time.”

He added that the recent growth of the area is a positive, but that both the business and city should not lose sight and spirit of what makes Cape Coral special and a destination place for many.

Insite used incentive funds from the city’s Economic Development Office to aid with relocation costs for new employees, as well as the actual renovation and build out of the facility. Rozum said the incentives from the city were a deciding factor in the headquarter location decision.

The new facility is at 1336 Southeast 47th Terrace.
