Both southbound lanes of Caloosahatchee Bridge in Fort Myers to temporarily close starting Wednesday night
For the safety of motorists and construction crews, the Florida Department of Transportation has announced that both southbound lanes of the Caloosahatchee River Bridge will be completely closed Wednesday, Jan. 8, starting at 9 p.m. and will reopen Thursday, Jan. 9, by 5 a.m. This closure is necessary for crews to work on a few remaining tasks.
